Reasons for you to use containers for shopping fish/meat instead of plastic bags
- Reusable
- Non-spill/non-leaking (get water/air-tight ones),(I am very irritated with fish red juice from fish/meat, I'm sure you are too.)
- Reduced contamination
- Convenient - They go straight from the market, into my freezer. Sometimes I do separate the fish/meat into smaller containers. When it is time to cook, I would remove the container from freezer down to the chilled compartment in my fridge for the next day's cooking.
- Your freezer would be more organised
- LESS TRASH made from plastic bags
